Refund Policy

 

  1. The exchange must be processed within 7 days of receiving the product
  2. Products can only be exchanged; we do not provide refunds or credit based returned
  3. Conditions that must be met to issue an exchange: Product must be returned in its original packaging, product must have the receipt or proof of purchase and the product should be the same that we shipped to you 
  4. Discounted items cannot be returned
  5. Customers can request exchange of the product with a new one only if the product received by them has a defect or is damaged.
  6. Once the item is received at the warehouse, the damage of the product will be checked which the request for an exchange will be processed. 
  7. The customer can ship the defective product to the address provided by us, the cost of shipping shall be reimbursed by us
  8. Products are eligible for replacement if: The item received is physically damaged, the item received has missing parts or accessories, item received is different from their description on the website or item received is defective 
  9. The refund will be initiated within one week provided the quality of the product is the same as when it left our warehouse. 
  10. The refund will be generated back to the same mode of payment as received by us.

As they are hand painted, no two flowers will be identical and the Beauty lies in that only. As computer/mobile screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any colour will be accurate.
